Shipping, Delivery & Returns

We understand that ordering a room divider or wall kit is a big deal, and we want to make the process as easy and surprise-free as possible.

We've gathered our sales teams best tips and information to help guide you through pre-purchase decisions, delivery expectations, and our return policies.

Pre-Purchase Tips

1. Check the Ceiling
Aim to leave at least 2 inches between the ceiling and your room divider. For example, with an 8-foot ceiling, consider a 7-foot wall.

2. Assess Your Floor
Grab a level or straight rod to check for any uneven spots on your floor.

3. Measure Twice, Order Once

    Shipping & Delivery

    Modular Wall Kits

    • Modular Wall Kits typically ship out in 5-9 business days. Delivery usually occurs 2-3 weeks from the date of your order. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking link(s), so you can follow the shipment straight to your door.

    • Modular Wall kits are shipped via palletized freight services, complete with liftgate, curbside delivery. The local delivery partner will typically reach out to you 4-48 hours in advance to schedule a delivery timeframe that works for you. 

    • The delivery partner will lower your order on the pallets at the curb of your address. They will need a signature for the delivery. Bringing the panels indoors is your responsibility, as well as discarding of any packing materials, including the pallet(s). 

    • Note that accessories for your wall kits and cubicles might be delivered with another shipping partner, meaning your total order might consist of 1-3 shipments. Any other deliveries will be delivered as regular parcels, and will not require any signature. 

    Regular Room Dividers


     

    • These are prepared and shipped within 3-5 business days, and typically don't require a signature on delivery.

    Wallpapers & Accessories

    • Sent via ground parcel services and don't require signature.

    Inspect Orders on Arrival

    When you receive your items, it is important that in inspect them for any freight damage, as well as any missing items, or other issues with your order. We request that you report any issues within 48 hours of order receipt, in order for us to promptly resolve any issues.

    To report issues, please send photos and details to our support team at hello@roomdividers.ca within 48 hours. We're committed to resolving issues promptly.

      Returns & Refunds

      Modular Wall Kits & Accessories

      • We offer cancellations free of charge within 24 hours after placing your order. This is your window to make changes or cancel your order entirely. After this 24-hour period, a 20% restocking fee based on your total purchase amount will apply. 
      • For returns, we accept undamaged and unused products within 10 days of delivery. The return process will incur a 20% restocking fee and round-trip shipping costs. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

      Room Dividers

      • Refined industrial Room Divider, Affluent Flow Room Divider, and Abstract Modern Room Divider all have a 50% restocking fee applied to any returns. 

      • All other room dividers have a 20% restocking fee + two-way shipping applied to refund requests. 

        Final Sale Items

        The following items are not eligible for return or exchanges:

        • 1x1 Sample Panels
        • Peel and Stick Wallpapers
        • Add-On Accessories

        Our Commitment to Quality

        • We take pride in our products, which is why we offer a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. For any warranty claims, please send us an email with photos and details to hello@roomdividers.ca.

        Terms & User Agreement

        • roomdividers.ca may, at its sole discretion, modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or site notice, with a designated Notice Period before the changes go into effect.

        • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity, and may remove user information on file, including account or login information.

        • By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in legal action, as we reserve the right to pursue any legal remedies available to us.
